Find out why a top-ten mortgage lender with a proprietary loan origination system (LOS) needed to convert from a legacy document platform.
RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
Redlining Analysis Module
Streamlined Analysis Set Up
The Streamlined Analysis set up screen has been updated. If a user chooses to include only respondents with branches in the Assessment Area Set selected for this analysis, a new drop down menu will appear.
Users will then be able to choose whether they want to only include respondents with branches that are Banks (based upon the FDIC Summary of Deposits), only include respondents with branches that are Credit Unions (based upon the NCUA Call Report), or include respondents with branches that are either Banks or Credit Unions.
Advanced Analysis Set Up
The Advanced Analysis set up has been updated. On the first screen, the option to exclude the target institution from the Market analysis results and the option to only include respondents with branches in the geographies selected for analysis have been removed.
Those options have been moved to a later screen in the analysis setup. They will only be available if a peer or market factor is selected for inclusion in the analysis.
After you select your in-scope geographies and click Next, you will be able to make those selections.

Dataset History
Users can now view the history of their Redlining datasets. To do so, select a dataset and then click on the Dataset History option in the side menu.
Then you will be able to review the history of the selected dataset.
CRA Module
Dynamic Import Wizard: Translation for Revenue Code
Users are now able to import revenue dollar amounts and convert them to the corresponding Revenues code in RiskExec using a transform in our Dynamic Import Wizard.
1071 SBL Module
New Submission Value Fields
Read-only semicolon-delimited fields have been added to the 1071 SBL module. These fields allow users to see what the actual submission values will look like for owner race and ethnicity fields, credit purpose, business ownership status, type of guarantee, and denial reasons.
For example, the Race of principal owner 1 (aggregated) field takes Race 1-5 of the principal owner and the Additional Race of principal owner 1 field and compiles them into a semicolon-delimited list.
Regulatory Export Format
The Regulatory SBL export format has been added to RiskExec according to the Filing instructions guide for small business lending data collected in 2024.
To access this export format, navigate to the Export tab of your 1071 SBL file and choose Regulatory SBL Export from the list of export formats.
