RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
Record List
Reset Button
A new reset button has been added to all record lists in RiskExec. If a saved format is loaded, or changes have been made to the fields displayed in the report, the Reset to Default option will revert the report settings to the default.
Note: If you have previously set your own default report format, the list will revert to that default report format. If no default has been set, the report will revert to the system default.
Peer Analysis Module
CRA Peer Reports: Aggregate Tables: Loans By County
MMCT, MBCT, and MBHCT have been added as additional categories to this report.
Redlining Module
Advanced Analysis: Filter Peer Selection
If a user chooses to have RiskExec select their peers for them, and filter criteria is added to the Filter Peer Selection screen during analysis setup, that filter criteria will now appear in the Redlining Analysis: Summary screen under Peer Finder Filter.
Redlining Analysis Setup: Add Notes
Users can now add notes or comments when creating their Streamlined or Advanced Redlining Analysis.
Fair Lending Module
Copy Dataset
A new option has been added to the Datasets menu called Copy Dataset. Users can now create an exact copy, or a filtered copy, of an existing Fair Lending Dataset.
When creating a copy, users can change the name of the dataset, as well as choose a new file year for the dataset.
Average Processing Time Report
Loan Count has been added as a column to this report.
HMDA Module
Pricing Summary Report
The column headers in this report have been updated to allow users to better understand the data being presented.
