CRA Module

FRB Performance Evaluation Tables

Six Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Performance Evaluation (PE) Tables have been added to the CRA module. These PE tables were developed using 2024 FRB PEs with 2024 Exam Dates.

  • Distribution of Home Mortgage Lending by Borrower Income Level
  • Distribution of Home Mortgage Lending By Income Level of Geography
  • Distribution of Small Business Lending by Revenue Size of Business
  • Distribution of Small Business Lending by Income Level of Geography
  • Distribution of Small Farm Lending by Revenue Size of Farm
  • Distribution of Small Farm Lending by Income Level of Geography

Before running these reports, be sure to have an Assessment Area Set linked to your CRA file in the File Attributes tab and, if applicable, a HMDA file linked, as well.

Note: Historical FRB tables from PEs on the Federal Reserve website may look different than the reports now in RiskExec. This is because the FRB reports vary by office, district, and year.

Lastly, all tables have a filter automatically applied for Action Taken Type Includes Originated and Purchased. The small business and small farm tables also have filters for loan amounts of $1 million and $500 thousand, respectively. These filters are applied to ensure only loans meeting the size criteria for small business and small farm loans are included in the report.
