Find out why a top-ten mortgage lender with a proprietary loan origination system (LOS) needed to convert from a legacy document platform.
Washington, DC (March 6, 2025) – Asurity Technologies, LLC (“Asurity®”), a leader in financial compliance software, advisory and training services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Kirby to the position of Director, Chief Implementation Officer for Propel™, a state of the art mortgage document generation platform that does it all from loan origination to close, and RegCheck®, a best-in-class comprehensive automated compliance system designed to streamline compliance reviews using sophisticated APIs and an intuitive UI.
In this newly created position, Christine will be responsible for the supervision of all processes related to the onboarding and implementation of new clients and partners. She will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the initial stages of a project through to its full implementation and launch. Further, Christine will lead the development of strategic roadmaps tailored to the specific needs and goals of Asurity’s partners and clients, guiding them towards successful outcomes.
David Fontaine, Asurity’s President stated, “Christine’s deep industry knowledge and proven leadership make her an exceptional addition to our team. As we continue to expand the reach of Propel and RegCheck, her expertise in both technology integration and compliance will be invaluable in ensuring our partners and clients’ success from day one.”
Christine brings with her over 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending software industry. She’s previously served as CEO for two mortgage technology companies and most recently worked as Director of Integrations and Government Relations at a leading compliance and risk management provider. In this capacity, she streamlined and documented third-party integrations across multiple platforms, developed strategic partnerships, and monitored regulatory changes impacting consumer and mortgage lending.
“I’m excited to join Asurity at such a pivotal time,” said Christine Kirby. “Propel and RegCheck are truly game-changers for mortgage lenders seeking compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions. I look forward to working closely with our clients and partners to ensure they experience a seamless implementation process that positions them for long-term success.”
Propel's intuitive design and seamless integration enables efficient workflow. Its low-code approach allows for easy customization, while its Audit Check feature identifies potential errors in real time. RegCheck further enhances compliance confidence by automatically reviewing loan packages, identifying risks, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. Its reports are clear and easy to follow, enabling rapid issue identification and resolution.
Together, Propel and RegCheck enable lenders to produce compliant loans with ease. With real-time data validation, RegCheck continuously reviews the information Propel uses to generate loan documents, allowing users to pinpoint and correct regulatory issues before ever issuing anything to the borrower.
