Find out why a top-ten mortgage lender with a proprietary loan origination system (LOS) needed to convert from a legacy document platform.
These reports were updated based upon the expanded 2018 HMDA requirements. Several of these updates include the modified classifications available for race, ethnicity and gender.
Distressed/Underserved Report
This report was updated to show the 2018 census designations.
Affected Data Fields
From the edit check tab of the application detail screens, field level edit checks will now include an identifier for the “Affected Field” in an additional column. Including this field will call out the specific field triggering the particular edit check to streamline the review process.
Full Edit Check Descriptions
The full verbiage of every edit check can now be viewed directly within RiskExec. From the Edit check summary, application detail, and application list, simply hover over a specific check to view the full description in a tooltip.
Assessment Area Classification
The batch geocoder will now offer an option to apply an Assessment Area Set to a batch geocode request. Applying an Assessment Area Set will result in an additional column in the geocode results to identify the specific area as defined in the Assessment Areas/REMA module for that particular record.
Coefficient Outliers
A new column has been added to the coefficient tab for regression analyses displaying the outlier counts for the individual variables.
In addition to the above enhancements, you may notice a few changes to our look and feel. This release included updates to our logos as we continue over the next few weeks to modify and update our latest branding designs.
