With this new partnership, lenders using the Calyx Point loan origination platform seamlessly will be able to access Asurity’s full suite of compliant closing documents via Asurity’s Propel™ document generation software and to reduce any potential closing errors through the use of RegCheck® — Asurity’s real-time compliance monitoring software.

Via the Point Direct Connect feature, Point users will now have the ability to order documents and/or run real-time compliance checks without leaving the LOS. Asurity’s Propel document solution is a low-code, highly configurable platform that generates initial disclosure and closing packages in seconds, while ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regs. RegCheck offers completely new technology and a user-friendly interface to automate comprehensive compliance tests, allowing lenders to accelerate loan closings by flagging potential compliance issues and enabling rapid intervention and remediation, thereby avoiding errors and related costs to cure.
