Find out why a top-ten mortgage lender with a proprietary loan origination system (LOS) needed to convert from a legacy document platform.
RiskExec has launched its new and improved user interface. With the redesign of the platform, all modules now have a consistent look and feel that provides users with a modernized platform, increased efficiency, accessibility, and overall improved user experience.

Layers
RiskExec has added a new layer that can be applied to a map called Banking Markets. Banking Markets are defined by the Federal Reserve Bank of the district in which they are located. As noted in the tooltip, RiskExec recommends that institutions check with their appropriate Federal Reserve Bank District or District branch office to verify a banking market definition. The data in RiskExec’s system was provided by CASSIDI - Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (https://cassidi.stlouisfed.org).
RiskExec has deprecated the Tract List report found within the Assessment Area/ REMA module. Moving forward, RiskExec recommends that you use the Tract Demographics Report found in the Assessment Area/REMA module.
The “Download Analysis” menu option for regression and matched pair analyses has been moved to the left-hand rail found under Analysis in the Fair Lending module. When a user selects “Download Analysis,” they are given the option to download regression results, download regression input, or to download the regression variables list.
Similarly, the “Download Dataset” menu that allows users to download the dataset or calculated proxies has been moved to the left-hand rail under Datasets.
RiskExec has moved the Batch Geocoding options menu to the left-hand rail. This is now consistent across the platform.
Exporting Large Files
In response to issues that users have experienced with downloading very large reports, we have made the download options of Printable Format, Excel Workbook (.xlxs), Excel 97-2003 Workbook (.xls), Comma Separated Values (.csv), Word Document (.docx), or Portable Document (.pdf) more intelligent and responsive to the volume of data found in a report. Larger reports will only have the options to download to a.csv format. Reports that are too large in volume to efficiently export to a .csv may not have the option to download at all.
Combined Filters for HMDA/CRA/Peer
The FFIEC Interagency Core Tables report in the HMDA and CRA modules has been enhanced to allow the user to add a predefined filter to the report that is compatible with the different types of client and peer data included on that report.
