Find out why a top-ten mortgage lender with a proprietary loan origination system (LOS) needed to convert from a legacy document platform.
RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:
1071 Module
Final Rule Updates
The team has worked diligently to make the changes required by the final rule to the 1071 module and has completed all updates.
All data fields in the final rule are now reflected in the module.
Since the CFPB has now created a dynamic Filing Instructions Guide (FIG), additional tooltips have been added next to each field that link directly to this FIG.
Redlining Modules
Peer Branch Counts
The number of branches each peer has in the market has been added to the Redlining Analysis Results in the Peer Detail tab. The number of branches is based upon the FDIC Summary of Deposits (SOD).
Note: Only institutions in the SOD will show a branch count. Additionally, branch counts will only populate for analyses run after this release. To see the branch count data in an existing analysis, the user will need to re-run that analysis.
Threshold Test for Number of Flags
The Review Flags Minimum will now default to 0 if less than 25 Geographic Areas are returned. In the example below, 11 geographic areas were found, so the Review Flags Minimum is set to 0.
This means that even if a geography does not trigger any Review Flags, it will still populate in the list of geographies you can choose to analyze.
Dynamic Import Wizard
Ability to Export Dynamic Import Formats
Users now have the ability to export the settings of a Dynamic Import. The report will contain the field mapping, import rules, calculations, and translations that were made. This report can be exported by clicking the download button in the top right corner.
Fair Lending Module
Protected Class Variables
In addition to the 2 Factor Proportions test, users now have the ability to specify the protected classes to be evaluated in the analysis of any Fair Lending model. Selecting these variables will limit the analysis to only those classes included.
Marketing Report Update
The Marketing Report in the Fair Lending module is now available to be run on datasets of all Fair Lending Types.
