RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:

Reports

Role Change Log Report

A new report has been added to RiskExec to track changes to User Roles. This report can be accessed via the Reports button in the top bar of RiskExec’s home screen. .

Columns explained: 

  • Module- the module the Role belongs to
  • Former Role Name - the previous name of the Role
  • New Role Name - the new name of the Role
  • Former Default Permission - the default permission previously assigned to the Role
  • New Default Permission - the default permission now assigned to the Role
  • Updated Date - the date and timestamp of when the Role was updated 
  • Updated By - the name of the Primary User who made the update 

Note: A user must have the User Report permission included in their Manage Institution Role to access this report. 

Redlining Module

Shortfall Calculation Update

A tooltip has been added to the Analysis Results for when the Shortfall value is NA. The Shortfall will be NA if: 

  • the Institution % is greater than or equal to the Peer %
  • the total count for the Institution in the geography is 0, in which case it is not possible to calculate the Shortfall

The tooltip will explain which scenario resulted in the NA value.

HMDA and CRA Modules

Executive Summary Report

This report has been updated to allow users to select which fields they would like to view.

FFIEC Regulatory Report

The FFIEC report drop down and the FFIEC report name have been updated to include (Legacy). We wanted to continue to provide this report to users, while recognizing the format may no longer be used by regulators. The content and format of this report has not changed.

HMDA Module

New Thresholds for Enhanced Quality Edits

The thresholds for the below Enhanced Quality Edit Checks have been updated to reflect current market conditions:

GV15 - Discount Points value is outside the expected normal values. 

  • Old range: 0 to 5,000
  • New range: 0 to 10,000

GV19 - Lender Credits value is outside the expected normal values. 

  • Old range: 0 to 5,000
  • New range: 0 to 10,000

GV23 - Origination Charges value is outside the expected normal values.  

  • Old range: 0 to 5,000
  • New range: 0 to 10,000 

These new ranges will be applied when you re-run Edit Checks on your files.
