RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:

HMDA, CRA, and 1071 SBL Modules

Update All File Parts

Users now have the ability to update all File Parts within a file at once when using the Dynamic Import Wizard’s Partial Update import option.

If All File Parts is selected on the Import Data screen, the only available import option on the following screen will be the Partial Update.

Note: The Update All File Parts option will update ALL matching records. For example, if the file that is being imported has the loan number ABCD and the existing uploaded data in RiskExec already has 2 records with ABCD in 2 different file parts, then this option will update both of the existing records in those different file parts.

Change Log Report Update

Users can now select multiple fields when reviewing the Change Log report. For example, changes to three selected geocoding fields can be reviewed at once:

HMDA Module

New Export Format: RiskExec Regulatory Edits Full

A new export format has been added to allow users to download a list of the regulatory edit checks that are triggered on their HMDA file. To access this format, click on the Export tab and then click Export Data. Then, choose RiskExec Regulatory Edits Full from the Export Format drop down menu. When downloaded, this format will display the ULI, Application Number, Edit Check, and Edit Check Description.

Assessment Area Module

Assessment Area Type

A new option has been added to the Create Assessment Area/REMA screen that allows a user to choose an Area Type, if applicable.

The Area Type allows users to identify an assessment area using the terminology in the CRA Final Rule. According to the CRA Final Rule, performance for banks will be evaluated in facility-based assessment areas and, as applicable, retail lending assessment areas, and outside retail lending areas. For assistance in determining the appropriate assignment for an assessment area, financial institutions should refer to the regulation or their regulator.

Trade Area Tract Information Report

Only MMCT Tracts and LMI or MMCT Tracts have been added as additional categories to the Trade Area Tract Information report.

Redlining Module

LEI Added to Peer and Market Results

LEI has been added as a column to the Total Count stack rankings report in the Peer and Market tabs in the Redlining Analysis Results. To access this report, navigate to the Peer or Market tab in your analysis results. Then, click on the hyperlinked Total Count.

Fair Servicing Module

Update Datasets

Users can now update the data in existing Fair Servicing datasets. To update a dataset, select it from the list and click on Update Dataset. The Dynamic Import Wizard will now contain all update options.

CRA Module

FDIC Tables: Batch Processing

Batch Processing has been enabled for the FDIC Performance Evaluation Tables in RiskExec. To utilize this feature, select an FDIC report from the drop down and click View Report. The Batch Processing button will be available in the top right of the report. Click Batch Processing and choose the file type you would like your FDIC reports to be exported as. Click Process and all FDIC PE Tables will be exported and will download into a zip file.
