RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:

CRA Submission Tip: Community Development Loans 

In preparation for submission season, we wanted to highlight how Community Development Loans should be handled in RiskExec. In order for your Community Development Loans to be summarized correctly in your submission file, they need to be imported into your RiskExec CRA submission file as individual loans.

RiskExec Updated for 2025

Users are now able to create 2025 files and datasets. Additionally, the HMDA module has been updated to include all Edit Check updates for the 2025 file year.

V695

  • 2024: V695 - An invalid NMLSR Identifier was reported. Please review the information below and update your file accordingly. 1) NMLSR Identifier must be a valid NMLSR ID in integer format, NA, or Exempt, and cannot be left blank. 2) NMLSR Identifier must not contain only the number zero (0) as a value.
  • 2025: V695 - An invalid NMLSR Identifier was reported. Please review the information below and update your file accordingly. 1) NMLSR Identifier must be a valid NMLSR ID in integer format, NA, or Exempt, and cannot be left blank. 2) NMLSR Identifier must not contain only the number zero (0) as a value. 3) NMLSR Identifier must be four to twelve digits.

Q303 

  • 2024: S303 - The reported Federal Agency; Federal Taxpayer Identification Number; and Legal Entity Identifier must match the Federal Agency; Federal Taxpayer Identification Number; and Legal Entity Identifier for the financial institution for which you are filing. Please confirm the information below and update your file accordingly. 1) The correct financial institution was at the start of the filing; and 2) The correct file was uploaded; and 3) The Federal Agency, Federal Taxpayer Identification Number, and Legal Entity Identifier are reported correctly in the file.

E0321 Data Validation Update

This validation has been updated for the file year 2025. 

  • E0321 - The date indicated by action taken date must occur within the current reporting period: July 18, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

HMDA and CRA Modules

Quality Edit Notes

Users can now import data into the Quality Edit Notes field using the Dynamic Import Wizard.

Please note: If you import data into the Quality Edit Notes field, all existing data in this field will be overwritten with the new data. 

HMDA Module

New Enhanced Quality Edit Check

The below Enhanced Quality Edit Check has been added to the HMDA module. Recently, the Property Value field in HMDA was adjusted to allow users to include cents. Users have since requested to be notified when property values that include cents are imported. This new Enhanced check will detect such records.

  • GV28 - PROPERTY VALUE contains cents. Update to whole dollars, if applicable.

Peer Analysis Module

Respondent Group Disparity Indices Report 

Combined Age and Applicant Age Over 62 have been added as Groups to this report.
