RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements:

2024 FFIEC Census Updates in RiskExec

RiskExec has been updated with the new census data for 2024 released by the FFIEC on June 25, 2024. This update provides the 2024 Median MSA Family Incomes, which allows us to recalculate and update Borrower Income classifications for 2024. To apply these updates to your CRA/HMDA files, please re-geocode the files.

HMDA Module

New Thresholds for Enhanced Quality Edits

The thresholds for the below Enhanced Quality Edit Checks have been updated to reflect current market conditions:

GV17 - Interest Rate value is outside the expected normal values. 

  • Old range: 1.00 to 8.00
  • New range: 1.00 to 10.00

GV26 - Total Loan Cost value is outside the expected normal values. 

  • Old range: 0.00 to 5,000.00
  • New range: 0.00 to 10,000.00

These new ranges will be applied when you re-run Edit Checks on your files.

Record List

Record List Download

When using the Download option in any record list in RiskExec, the name of the downloaded file will now include the date and time stamp. 

If a saved Report Format is loaded, the downloaded file name will instead include the name of the Report Format.


Saved Report Format 

When a user turns off code descriptions in the record list and saves the Report Format, that setting will now be saved as part of that format. 

HMDA, CRA, 1071 SBL Modules 

Client Edit Checks and Client Data Validations

When creating custom client edit checks or data validations, users can now use State Abbreviation as a filter criteria. 

CRA Module

FDIC Reports: Batch Processing

Users can now run Batch Processing on the FDIC reports if they do not have a HMDA file linked to their CRA file in the File Attributes tab.
