RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following enhancements: HMDA and CRA Modules New Enhanced Quality Edit Checks RiskExec has added three new Enhanced Quality Edit Checks to the HMDA and CRA modules. Users will need to click "Run Edit Checks" in their HMDA or CRA file to check for these new Enhanced Quality Edit Checks. Maps LMI & MMCT Map Theme A new Theme has been added that allows the user to view tracts that are both Low to Moderate Income and Majority Minority Census Tracts. Tract Detail Popup Users can now click on tracts on the map to view a popup that displays the volume counts and demographic characteristics of that tract. Redlining Mapping Themes Low Volume Peer Quartiles Theme This Theme shades only the tracts that are in the bottom quartile by volume. The tracts are shaded according to the volume quartile of the peer respondent group used in the Redlining Analysis. Low Volume Market Quartiles Theme This Theme shades only the tracts that are in the bottom quartile by volume. The tracts are shaded according to the volume quartile of the market used in the Redlining Analysis. Tract Peer Disparity Theme This Theme shows the disparity between your institution’s lending and your peers. The tracts are assigned a color family by the quartile of your volume, and a shade in that color by the quartile of the peer group’s volume. |
