2022 and 2023 Zip Codes Are Now Available
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released their crosswalk file and all zip code data has been updated in RiskExec for 2022 and 2023. The RiskExec Map Layers and demographic reports now include Zip Codes for 2022 onwards.
Assessment Areas Module
Rural Non-MSAs
Users are now able to create Rural Non-MSA based Assessment Area units. These Units can also now be used in Redlining Analysis.
Fair Lending Module
Coefficient Display When a Variable is Dropped
When running a regression, the statistics engine will drop certain factors due to various reasons including multicollinearity when these issues arise. The Coefficient tab has now been modified to display “NA” for all values for these variables when they are not utilized in the specific run for the regression analysis. The Analysis Notes tab also lists the factors dropped and the reason they were dropped.
Regression Analysis for Processing Days
Users can now use Processing Days as the dependent variable in a pricing (linear) regression analysis. This will allow users to conduct a processing days analysis utilizing explanatory factors to determine whether statistical differences in processing times exist.
