Find out why a top-ten mortgage lender with a proprietary loan origination system (LOS) needed to convert from a legacy document platform.
Users are now able to use the Single Field Update import format to update their data within a dataset. To make an update using this option, a user will need to select “Update Dataset,” then select “RiskExec Single Field Update” as the import format, and lastly choose the field that they would like to update. This option works similarly to the import format available in the HMDA and CRA modules. Currently, however, there is not a Change Log report for the data being updated in the Fair Lending and Redlining modules.
Similar to the Fair Lending module, a user is now able to edit the title of a Redlining analysis by clicking “Edit Analysis.”
RiskExec has updated the Redlining results to include all state, county, and MSA codes for the selected in scope geographies. This will only apply to analyses created after this release.
Within the HMDA application and CRA loan lists, a user can now click on “Select Applications” or “Select Loans” and choose which applications or loans they would like to download and export. For example, when the list is generated and the user clicks on “Select Applications” in the HMDA module, the user can click any loan that they wish to download and export. Please note that the order by which the user selects the loan or application will indicate how the applications or loans are ordered in the downloaded and exported lists.
RiskExec has added Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) as a location type within the Manage Institutions tab. This will allow users to add and/or edit the locations of their ITMs. Access to the Manage Institutions tab is given by an institution’s Primary User.
Additionally, RiskExec has updated the release date of the PPP data in the Peer Analysis module to accurately reflect the date that the data is through. Previously it was recorded that the date was September 14, 2020 (the date that RiskExec uploaded the data). It will now indicate “As of 8/8/2020.”
