RiskExec Release Notes - October 14, 2020

October 15, 2020
RiskExec has recently been updated to include the following updates/enhancements.

HMDA and CRA

In both the HMDA and CRA modules, we have a new feature that allows a user to run geocoding at the individual record level.  This will improve the overall workflow as you will not need to run geocoding on the entire file, and can run it at the single record level.  Only users who have the ability to edit and change data in a record will be able to geocode the record.  Only non-geocoded records with a geocoder setting of RiskExec are available for this single geocoder.

Geocoding is available at the record level if the address has not been geocoded

If the record has a Geocoder setting of RiskExec but has already been geocoded, the button will be disabled until the address has been changed and these changes saved.

Geocoding will not be available at the record level if the address is already geocoded

When an application or loan has been manually geocoded the option to geocode the record will not be available as RiskExec will not override manually geocoded records.

If a user updates an address and clicks save, they will be given the option to automatically geocode and/or run edit checks on that application or loan.

Peer Analysis

RiskExec had previously announced the release of the Payment Protection Plan (PPP) loan data to be used in the Peer Analysis module.  Users are now able to view data through the Cross Tab and Rankings by Lender Reports within this module.  Additionally, we have added the ability to filter by Lender Name and by Amount Ranges in the Cross Tab.

Filter by Lender

When viewing graphs and charts within the Cross Tab report, RiskExec will only show the top 10 lenders at a time to avoid screen overflow and overlapping graphs/charts.
